Consistent with industry practice, we employ direct sales methods, often conducted through external sales representatives, with respect to our international customers. Although we deal directly with our large customers, in order to provide our other customers with close service and improve the quality of our regional after-sales services, we have hired experienced external sales representatives. The major functions of such external sales representatives relate to the execution of customer orders, providing customer service and after-sales support as well as providing marketing information. The primary sales functions are coordinated by us centrally.
